Student Arrival: 6:45pm
Performance Begins at 7:00pm
All students meet in the band room prior to show and stand on their sticky note.
All jackets should be given to families
Students should make sure they have gone to the restroom.
Students all have a sticky note with their name, they should stand here.
Students walk on stage at 6:55pm
Show begins at 7:00pm
Run time: 30-40 minutes (I will have a accurate time closer to the performance)
Staff and family seats will be reserved right inside the north doors.

Band members from AGS, GMS, and HCS need a ride TO rehearsal at AGS and will be shuttle-bussed back to their respective schools.
